Throat pain is of many reason. Gargle salt water but it should be warm. Take 3 tsp of castor oil in half cup of tea without milk. It gets you purgation not more than 3.

It was vitamin D supplement. Due to oil based liquid some personal may feel painful. It was not to worry about it. Apply ice pack, or pain might subside on its own.

Drink plenty fruit juice, vegetable soup. Use herbal face wash twice a day. Some herbal medicine will definitely help you.
