It's not dangerous. It's vaginal secretion but you have to rule out infection and treat accordingly.

It can be due to change in the diet or water source. You can give your baby rotavirus vaccination to prevent further attacks. Do continue your breastfeeding.

It's unlikely to be pregnant on day 5 of menses even if you had unprotected course. You will have your periods as usual.
