How an homeopathy help if I have a deviated nasal septum? Don't we have other procedures to corrected the nasal septum if it was induced by myself?

Hello, Deviated nasal septum is like bony deformity after trauma. If it is causing symptoms like nasal obstruction or sinusitis then It should be corrected. It will not be corrected by any medicine, it has to corrected by surgery only. Thank you.
