High blood pressure is if BP is more then 140/90 mmhg. These are upper limits of BP. There are many condition where BP can be on lower side. If your blood pressure Systolic is less then 100 mmhg then take plenty of water or coffee. For high blood pressure consult doctor for further evaluation and starting treatment on time. For those who has high blood pressure advise is take low fat low salt diet and Do regular walk for 30 min daily.
