My mother in law have blood sugar, FBS is 150-190 (last week) PPFBS is below 240, How reduced BS? What foods taken, and what are the foods didn't taken? And mom didn't use no insulin, she is not have hereditary diseases, These last two weeks her BS is high. Please give me right way to reduce and maintaining of BS?

She has to take anti diabetesdrugs and take no sweets .diet should contain low carbohydrates and fats and moreof protiens. She also has to be fully examined and cheked up.
