Respected doctors ,I was exposed to HIV 53 days back. On day 2 and day post exposure I took truvada and then discontinued due to side effects. On day 15th PCR RNA and duo tests were negative. As I took truvada I wasn't convinced with day 15 results. On day 28 westernblot was negative. On day 39th PCR DNA negative. On day 53 HIV duo test negative .Can I relay on PCR DNA (38 days) despite of two pills of truvada? Or did I get false negative? On day 51 I got oral ulcers and severe joint pain (not able to sleep):(Am I hvng HIV?

If PCR DNA test and HIV combo test is negative you are free from HIV infection. For further confirmation repeat the test after 90 days which is the window period for HIV infection.
