I am prediabetes. My diet is tinned sweet corn (ingredients-corn+water+salt), fresh orange juice green tea+lemon+honey+sugar free Or coffee+sugar free+coffee mate+evaporated milk. As brkfsst. Lunch - dal normal to or + 2 chapattis+salad. Dimmer- cereal + fat free milk+sugar free n Apple. Kindly advice is above OK to loss weights. I have thyroid TSH - I'm having Eltroxin 75 mg daily am hrs, empty stomach. I have bipolar disorders in past having -Lithium Carbonate tabs 400 mg as prescribed - 1 tab in morning n 1.5 tabs before bed night.
