I'm suffering from CTS since 4 months. Numbness, shoot like feeling and pain in my hand. I can't sleep whole night and in day I can't work so any solution and I have too thyroid.

If you had an EMG/ NCS that diagnosed you with carpal tunnel, you can decide further management based on its results- for mild to moderate cases, hand therapy is the key, using splints as well; for severe cases surgery is better- a hand surgeon should be able to help.
