Ms. lybrate-user, it is nice you are quite concerned about your baby. If there is no blood in stools, no fever &no vomiting,&.if there are no signs of dehydration (irritable child, eyes sunken, drinks eagerly the water offered &pinched skin over abdomen doesnot returns to normal immediately, you may relax. Continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age. Regards&best wishes for baby.
