Glaucoma is a silent killer of eye sight. You need to see a good Glaucoma specialist, and take guidance. In early stages, you could do all exercises. In later stages, it is better to avoid breath holding exercises. Put drops regularly. One drop is enough. See the Dr. Once in 6 months. Other branches of medicine has no role to play.
