Hi, I can understand your feelings. Because not everyone around you knows about BPD so the don't empathize with you, don't understand your feelings. So don't take their words seriously. Don't find any meaning behind them. They are mere words. Just ignore them. Give yourself the auto suggestion that you have control over your behavior not not on other people's behavior. This auto suggestion will control your impulsive behavior. Along with with this make your daily routine very good. Early to bed and early to rise. A healthy and heavy breakfast is a must as well as a brisk walk of minimum half an hour daily. Keep yourself busy in some positive activities like sports or music. Also gather more and more information about this disorder. This will give you more insight and coping power. For further consultation you may contact me. All the best.
