My both feet are swollen and the swelling on the left feet is worse, paining, unable to wear shoe/chappals and there is a very small boil in the middle of the feet. The swelling is right from the ankle. The right feet does not have much swelling, but it is swollen particularly at the ankle. I have consulted a Govt. Hospital's doctor, who game an injection + tabs (pencilin) to be taken twice daily. What could be the reason for this sudden swelling. Is it because of the heat or do I have Major problem?

Cell turnover is the process by which our skin produces new skin cells which travel from the lowest layer of the epidermis to the top layer and then shed off the skin. This is what keeps dead cells from building up on the skins surface.YOu have no problem and apply coconut oil . The epidermis or surface layer of the skin is renewed every two to four weeks. This rapid turnover occurs because skin is the body's outer protection and is exposed to injury as well as pollution. Despite this constant renewal, we still get wrinkles as we get older
