Hi i am having Pain while urination symptoms of what disease and yellowish urination.

Yellowish urine is normally due to lack of proper water intake. If there is pain it may be Urine Infection and to be confirmed by a Physician after certain urine tests. Take plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
