Can uti be treated with alkasol / urispas alone without antibiotics? (Suspected second day of uti)

You have to take a course of antibiotic after culture and sensitivity test along with it. Drink plenty of water (10-12 glass )daily.

Mild forms of UTI may be aborted with alkalisers like ALKASOL etc. Particularly in the initial stage. However severe UTI associated with fever may need Antibiotic therapy to be started early.
