If you r lucky enough, it may pass. Otherwise if it gets stuck you will need either RIRS or ESWL with or without DJ stenting. However if it's a Uric acid stone, then it might get dissolved with alkalisers like ALKASOL.

the stone size is significantly large(>7mm). unlikely to pass naturally. go for surgery or lithotripsy.
