Dont let ur stomach be empty fr long...take food in every 3-4 hrs intervals...take non-spicy food..take cold milk..take food having high fibre.drinks plenty water...at night complete ur dinner atlst 1-2 hrs before u going to bed..hv very light food in dinner..with this u need homoeopathic treatment..
