During summer when my body faces difference in temperature (outside too hot and inside office / home AC maintains temperature too cold), running nose and uncomfortable feeling occurring. It happens only in summer. Is it anyway to avoid these kind of allergies. When I consulted to doctor they advised to take cetirizine. It it good to take this medicine or any other alternative to avoid these allergies. Please advise thank you.

Cetrazine is not the remedy. When you have to leave your office, switch off the AC 10-15 minutes earlier. You can use umbrella outside. Keep some ginger drops in small bottle (taken out from crushed ginger). Just apply 2-3 drops externally with fingers. And enjoy. Else you can buy our Wonder Drops (Multipurpose).
