Recently I had undergone appendectomy due to acute appendicitis with mass, had an open surgery with seven stitches a drain is also been set to eliminate infectious mass out. I had dark mucoid stools but now I observed white patches of mucus with a bit lightening in stool colour. I am presently taking Amikacin 500 IM, Cefotaxim tabs, tramadol and omez in medication. I am worried about this still colour is it just mucus or something else.
