I am suffering headache in back on head and burning scalp sensation, every time low mood ,lack of sleep, suicide thoughts coming lack of interest any activity I had psychiatric tablets 6 months but not cure mri brain scanned is normal I do not no what I do? Next step pls help.

Plz get your blood pressure checked If it's normal Then stress and tension can be the cause of your head ache. Cervical spondylitis is also one cause eof head ache so get an x ray of cervical spine to rule out. Last bun not the least is your eyesight check up. Poor eyesight can cause headache. Don't worry.
