Hello Doctor sahib. Greetings for the Day! Respected Doctor sahib, My friend's Blood pressure is high from the last one year. His BP is 150/ 100 and some times it is more than 170/110. His age is now 47 years. He walks for half an hour every day. He eats healthy diet which is nutritious and less oily and takes low fat diet, but still he is suffering from High Blood pressure. Due to some stress and family problems he is not able to sleep more than 5-6 hours and doesn't get proper rest. What should he do? I suggested him to consult a Doctor and start medicines but he say he will try to change his life style, will reduce daily salt intake and exercise daily (Gyming, Yoga walk etc) and he will be fine within 3-4 months. Is it possible? Please advise what to do?
