My hba1c is 6.5 and average blood sugar is 140 for last 3 months. Can I go now for pregnancy. My data in the month of Jan HBa1c was 8.5 with average blood sugar 197 and I was pregnant at that time. Since it was not below 6 doctor advised for termination. 1) so since the reports are now at 6.5 can I now go for pregnancy 2) I take medicine such as victoza it's a pen type injection and gibtulio what effect does this medicine have.

no oral medicines are given during pregnancy for type 1 Diabetes or gestational diabetes insulin is the only medicine with dietary restrictions. carry on with pregnancy and you can control blood sugar levels by calculated doses of insulin, diet and exercise
