Hi sir my sis having recently married. She is in pregnancy, at checkup she will got HIV +ve in treated and western blot. But HIV RNA realtime quantitative PCR. And HIV1 DNA detector Qualitative (provera DNA) shows -ve. These both test are doing 2 times with 2 different labs. So now she is +ve or - ve. please help me.
