Hi I am 35 years old male. Having blood in urine from 7-jul-2015 till date but no pain as such. I met a urologist and he asked me for certain tests including blood, urine tests and ct scan. A mass of around 13" 16 mm is found in urine bladder. Am I suffering from cancer, if yes, what stage it may be? is it treatable?

Dear , yes, I am afraid it is a cancer. Usually it may be well differentiated or anaplastic but can be decided only after excision biopsy as it is small biopsy report will show whether it stage 1 or 2. On an average prognosis is good but you will have to be under observation with urologist for at least 5 years and repeated cystoscopic check ups.
