Sir, I have a physical problem with my body itself. Actually when I was 12 years old my chest portion where the nipple lies. Both nipples got Pointed (Looks something unnatural ). (Its Not like normal male person's (nipple. Which are very much plane) Am 22 now. But it is of still same structure. But got little bigger. Looks awkward. Can't show off my body without a shirt. In public and not even within family members. I want to ask why this happened to me? Is because once in childhood days may be I exercised vigorously wrongly?
