Yes it has effects on the fetus and should only be taken if it is absolute necessity and if doctor prescribed it. And you have a better choice in form of homoeopathic medicine.. the wonder is that it will not only cure your problems but it has a very good effect on fetus.. it helps and promote growth. My baby is 1 year and 4 months old and I have not given a single allopathic medicine to him... He is perfectly healthy.
