Hello- The best way to do the Kegel is to download an app from your android playstore. You can search for KEGEL TRAINER app and start practicing. It gets much easier as the app has different difficulty levels, alarm for reminder and several other things which makes the exercise easy. However finding the muscle is the foremost step, thn only you are going to get benefit out of the exercise.
