Hi, thanks for using Lybrate as per your complaint of hair fall you discussed above and mention regarding all blood investigation which are normal except vitamin D. Firstly I want to clear your doubt regardind low level of vitamin D can cause hair loss, so to some extent it is true deficiency of vitamin D can be a cause but apart from this other deficiency like iron, protein can also cause it. And other factors like your food habits, water intake, sleep, cosmetics used for hair and stress level all these things also matters for the hair fall. As I will advice you to first correct your vitamin D deficiency which you can improve by adding food suppliments like fish, milk, soy milk, oranges, banana, pears, fortified cereals, yoghurt and cheese in your diet. Increase intake of drinking water at regular intervals, proper sleep at least 7- 8 hours a day, avoid cosmetics and hair dryer usage for hair and correct out if any stress in your life. If you have any doubt or query you can ask.
