Hi, Is there any medicine which instantly lower the blood glucose level? Among Glimepiride, Metformin & Repaglinide which work faster? I take 10 iu insulin at bedtime. But Measured glucose level yesterday. Fasting 187 & PP 268. Shall I increase the amount of insulin?
