Hi My daughter who is 28 days old do potty every time after feed about 20 - 22 times a day. Would you please suggest any medicine or treatment. Our neighbour suggest one medicine called Z&D DS 20 should you recommend this or any other medicine.

Nope. This is normal in newborns. Some potty 20-22 times a day and some can do it once in 2-3 days. As pediatricians, we don't worry about baby's stool habit at this age but the urine output. If the baby is growing fine, active, taking feeds properly and urinating well which means that if you are using cotton nappies they need to be changed 8-10 times a day and if you are using diapers they need to be changed 6-8 times a day, if this is the case it means your baby is being adequately fed and there is nothing to worry. Please note that this is the scenario with the baby being breast fed. If your baby is on formula then please ensure your are using sterilized utensils to feed your baby.
