How to know that a girl is pregnant without use of test. Is there change in periodic cycle or any kind of change and when a girl come to know that she is pregnant.

If a girl misses her menstrual period and nausea, vomiting, generalized malaise, and breast tenderness. Pregnancy can be suspected. But urine test for pregnancy is confirmatory of pregnancy.
