I am nearly 10 week pregnant. I had usg scan on 7 week 4 days which showed a heart beat of 169 bpm. I had two miscarriage before this pregnancy. Now question is that I do not have any symptoms of pregnancy except small tingling sensation in breast but they are also not very sore and painful. Should I be worried. I don't want to have an miscarriage again. The doctor have given me hch5000 once in 15 days and maintane inj once in seven days. Please help.

your doctor must have checked for other causes of miscarriage .ithink you are in good hands and getting best treatment .have faith and relax.

You are taking right treatment. Add bed rest and high protein simple diet if you knew the reasons for miscarriages, like infections in uterus responsible, by now you must have been treated fetal heart rate is on higher side during first three months as baby is rapidly growing later it settles in the range of 120 to 140 just after fetal movement, rate can be higher or with baby sleeping in womb, rate is lower. Just information for later reference.

You need not have all the typical symptoms of pregnancy. So relax a bit and follow your doctors advise. Do some mild exercise and keep your mind involved in something creative. You can listen to music which is pleasing (also available freely on the internet). You can also learn some Yoga from an expert.
