Well the complaints you have described can be related to either prostatic hypertrophy which is the most common age related problem in urination, but it gradually increases and is associated with urgency frequency and poor stream of urine which develop over a period of months. Blood in anus is most commonly due to haemorrhoids (piles) which can be/not painful or anal fissure which are very painful. If blood is in initial stool. Passage and like splash in pan it's hemorrhoids. While if it's associated with constipation, pain and only streak of blood comes then it's usually fissures. I recommend you to visit a surgeon nearby for examination.
