I am 33 years old and ny husband is 37 years old. I had fibroid in my uterine lining but it was removed successful. From past 1 and 1/2 years we have been trying to conceive but it was unsuccessful. Then my doctors told me to do IUI treatment just for 2 cycles but we have done in 1 cycle but it was again unsuccessful. Now my doctor is saying to do IVF treatment continuously for 2 cycles. And my AHM is 1.23 and egg reserves is low.

IUI should be tried for more cycles since it is an easier procedure. Thereafter IVF can be tried.

Considering your age to be 33 with very low ovarian reserve I would suggest you to go for ivf reason being your biological clock is increasing so with time your reserve will go down and then it would be difficult for you to conceive with your own egg and would require egg donors so I think you should go for it now instead of going for iui.
