I am 29 years old. I have I.G.A. Nephropathy disease during 2 years. But doctor said it is the early stage so do not fet afraid. I god married on 2012. I missed my first pregnancy in the year of 2013. After that I try for conceive but not get any positive result. Now I want issue. But I do not understand that is have any risk for me to taking baby. Now my blood sugar level is normal. Bp also normal. I do not take any medicine for sugar. Or pressure. Just take becosules tablet and calcirol powder as per doctor recommendation. May I able to take baby by proper treatment.

Pt with iga nephropathy can conceive, but throughout pregnancy they should be under care of a nephrologist and gynaecologist. Before conception they should get their kidney function tests done. If serum creatinine is<1.5 gfr is>70 pt is having normal BP then fetal outcome is good.
