I've been taking TB drugs for 3 months. Recently I got my LFT and Creatinine levels tested. The reports are normal. Doctor cut down some medicines and asked me to continue the revised dosage for the next 6 months. So now I am taking R-Cin 600 and Solonex 300. I am having a get-together next week. Can I consume alcohol only on that day as my LFT is normal.

No you should avoid alcohol as the drugs that you are on right now can be more toxic to the liver along with alcohol. You can party without any alcohol.
