I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). So my doubt is that will I be able to conceive? Can I have physical relationships with my husband? Kindly please give a correct answer.

Yes to conceive you have to do sex with your husband. Pcos means lots of eggs which usually does not mature properly so this condition needs medical treatment but it shows you have good fertility potential. Pcos is not a treat for fertility but a blessing in disguise which has to be handled properly by the doctor.

Yes PCOS is said to have infertility but, it does not mean that every women with PCOS will be infertile, it requires some medication, lifestyle changes and yes to have pregnancy you need to have sexual relationship with your husband.
