I was having tough cancer I have complete by brachytherapy But after 3 months doctor is tell there something in neck I am doing check up every month almost 9 months completed What should I want to do now.

Hi lybrate-user, I think you are talking about tongue cancer. If it's early stage and treated by brachytherapy, even then you need 3 monthly follow up to look for any chances of cancer coming back. It's advisable not to consume alcohol and tobacco as they increase the chances of head and neck cancer. All the very beat.
