R/sir g past 2/3 sall se pet k left side mein nabi k pass halka halka dard aur chuban se hoti hai. Ucg abdomen (altara sound) kraya 2 bar lekin kuch nahi ata hai. Lekin is bar ucg mein fatty liver grade 1 aya iske siva kuhch nahi. Is time repots nahi hain mere pass. Pet dabane par nabje abaj karti hain. Aisa lagta hai k mene bhut pani piya hua hai. Please sir bateye k mein kya karon.

Dear sir, fatty Liver is largely a benign condition. Usually it is related to alcohol abuse, or in patients of diabetes, hypertension, obese, high cholesterol either singly or in combination. But you need to be investigated to see for a possible liver damage. Management is largely control of above diseases, dietary changes and exercise. Please show to a hepatologist or Gastroenterologist. Your pain is unrelated to fatty liver.
