Hi I didn't take sugar that is I eat only normal food no sugar substance and when I finish my food there is craving for sugar although I dun eat any sweet thing after food but now a days its happening more often and I feel like bas mil jae meetha kuch.

U can take dhagy wali misri. It's not harmful instead of sugar which is very harmful.
