I am 35 years old lady. Having a 10 years old daughter. Weight was 107 in 2012. Period stopped. Went for the bariatric surgery in 2013. Conceived one time but went for abortion because ct scan was done during first trimester. On antidepressants for 10 yrs. But now periods regular. Is there some chances to conceive and can I deliver a healthy baby. Should I plan for it.

Dear yes, you have good chances of conceiving and carrying on with a healthy pregnancy. It will be worthwhile consulting your psychiatrist to give you some antidepressants which are safe if you plan a pregnancy, or the dose can be tapered as required. If you are not pregnant within 6 months of trying, you should get some basic fertility tests done including husband's semen analysis, and you blood tests for AMH, day 2 FSH, LH, TSH, prolactin, etc. Please let me know if you have any further queries. Kind regards,
