I got intimated with a sex worker. I had protected sex with her means I used condom. But I rubbed my fingers over her vagina for a while. After doing that I washed my hands with tap water only. But that finger had a little peeled skin near nail. Which I pulled out after 10 minutes of washing my hands and a drop of blood came out from there. 1- Can hiv survive after washing hands with tap water only and can transmit this way. 2-I got some ARS symptoms like I got a swelled lymph node at my neck post 68-70 days of my exposure. And also I got sore throat and fever for one day post 95 days my exposure and dry coughing for 10 days. After that I got some pimples at my shoulders for 20-25 days post 115 days of my exposure. 3- I take Hiv Fourth generation CMIS test at 80th day post my exposure which came out non reactive. 4- I also mqke tests of that sex worker post my exposure to her at 47,100,140 days CMIA test all are non reactive. Questions- 1- what are the chances that I still can have hiv. 2- Maximum Window period for hiv is 3 months or 6 months or 1 year. 3- Do I need further tests, if required than which test and when to rule out hiv.
