I join gym in morning. So I eat 1 apple and 1 banana for energy but in morning 5 o'clock when I eat so my stomach have little pain. So please tell what eat.

Don't eat too much in the morning just have some soaked chic peas and pea nuts and a banana is sufficient,, don't eat full stomach so early which can cause gastric irritation and so the pain
