Agreed Sir, but is it ok that doctor advised medicine for both illness as omnacortil 60 mg (steroid) also running with TB medicine Forecox (2 Tab Daily, benadon, dytor, rabium dsr, thronom,eido, cetanil medicine daily dose. Earlier ACE level was 116, calcium 13, but now only calcium test redone got level 8.75 after taking medicine zoledronic acid.

Decrease in calcium levels is due to zoledronic acid. Sometime a dicy situation to treat both or TB only, specialy if histopathlogist is not able to diagnose. Moreover, sarcoidosis is a self limiting disease in most and do not require treatment in some.
