My son is suffering from Mild Prominent lymphoid tissue in terminal ileum with reactive nodes in right iliac, fossa, suggest infective in nature. He has pain in abdomen frequently and varies 1 minute to 1 hours may be 3 to 4 times a day. He takes antibiotic but again it reappears. Is there any effective medicine.
