Yes it is effective, completely natural and has no side effects. The main component of this medicine is jyotishmati taila. Jyotishmati Taila (200 mg/gm in gel) is obtained from the seeds of the plant Celastrus paniculatus by cold-pressing. This oil contains numerous alkaloids. Jyotishmati Taila has aphrodisiac, thermogenic and rubefacient properties.
