I am 43 years old my left leg knee have severe pain. I cannot walk in staircase easily and sitting also very pain. If I sit in the chair I feel no pain after I standing and walking is very difficult for few minutes. Please advice me how to recover.

It looks as if you have started having early knee degeneration with pain which if located in the anterior region, will have to worked up. Can you tell me whether there is any pain apart from the knees, any history of stiffness especially when getting up in morning, also if possible tell me whether there are any other s/s of inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness, local warmth etc. Kindly send me your latest knee x rays and blood test reports so that I can see and advise you accordingly.
