I am female of 25 (unmarried) and have been detected by 3 mm kidney stones in both kidneys. My serum creatine level is 1.1 and I have been shown + albumin in my urine test. Is it something I have to worry or all because of the kidney stone formation?

The size of stones are very small. Please get rule out urinary infection and get treated with antibiotics. Hopefully your blood pressure is normal. If the stones are not causing back pressure they shouldn't be the cause for protienuria.

Hello these are just small concretions. So don't worry about them. Take lots of fluids. Avoid salt in diet. Avoid painkillers. Do a 24 hour urinary protein level. Regards.
