Hi I am 28 year old male, from last 9 month I am taking bone tb potts spine treatment tablets which are 600 mg r-cinex and 1000 mg ethambutol tablets from last one week I am suffering form inflation during urine sometime and Frequent urge to urinate without being able to pass much urine (frequency. And some time Leaking urine drop lets also. I am drinking lots of water also now days but this problem still happens please suggest what to do. thanks.

If you are only on these two medicine since begining then your treatment is wrong. Need pyrazinamide in first 2 months of your treatment and also dose of ethambutol is not as per yout weight. Get urine examination routine and culture to r/o urine infection.
