It's best to wait at least 18 months (1� years) between giving birth and getting pregnant again. But in your case, its been 20 month of your baby. So you can plan for 2nd issue. But according to norms 3 year's difference should be there between both children so that mother's health should be regained from previous pregnancy, and she gets ready mentally and physically for next issue. Because early 2nd issue before 18 months, increases the risk of premature birth. The shorter the time between pregnancies, the higher your risk.
