I am having problem of bleeding during bowl movement. I don't know how this had started but I feel very feared when I see blood. Actually 2 years back I had a surgery for haemorrhoids and doctors told me not to put too much pressure during latrine. But suddenly from 2 to 3 days back its all started again. Please tell me how to stop this and prevent blood flow. I am very tensed and I don't want any further surgeries in future because I can't bear that irritation and pain in that region which happens after surgery.

Respected Kunal hi Here are certain guidelines which will help you for sure . Drink plenty of liquids. Consume more of high fiber green leafy veg , cereals , pulses , legumes . Avoid oily , spicy , nonveg stuffs . Sitz bath ( sitting in tub filled with lukewarm water for 5 minutes each 3 times a day and specifically after passing stool ) helps . No smoking or alcohol if using . Pain killer for pain relief and bulk laxatives for soft stool . Xylocaine (5%) jelly for local application.consult as follow up after 3 days .
